Last night we went to Shake Shack on Lincoln Road to celebrate their initial public offering (IPO). If Shake Shack is good enough for the NYSE it’s good enough for my Friday night meal.
Even though I am always on a #diet – the smell of fries frying and burgers grilling did not deter me. I am not ashamed. How could I be? Shake Shack is delicious. I’ve had their burgers before, but last night was different. Last night I had their ShackMeister burger. Stop. Just stop. It’s delicious. You know I only post about food items I’m obsessed with and the ShackMeister Burger is my new drug. It’s made with 100% all-natural Angus beef, topped with cheese, crispy marinated shallots, and ShackSauce.
This delicious beast first made its public debut as the winning entry at the 2014 Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival Burger Bash. Yesterday, Shake Shack went public and today, I am publicly declaring my addiction to the Meister. Shake Shack congrats on your 118.6 percent increase on your IPO price of $21.00 per share. I too felt like $1.6 billion bucks last night after consuming your tasty Meister.
Shake Shack Miami – 2017 Brickell Update
Do you know how hard it is to make an IPO sound sexy? Well, I tried back in 2015… hence the verbiage above. Any who, Shake Shack is coming to Brickell! Rejoice!
Mary Brickell Village has been undergoing serious remodeling with the addition of DIRT and Raw Juice. Shake Shack will be the next addition in Spring 2018 which will be perfect because I can sit at DIRT and eat Shake Shack and be “healthy.” LOLs.
