Summer calls for a new beauty regimen. And this summer less is more. So I say lead with your skin and ditch the makeup.
I’ve been testing skin products like a bandit, and I’m spilling my summer beauty secrets for perfect dewy glowing skin! I’m also sharing fun colors because summer in Miami would not be complete without color!

Summer Beauty Overhaul for Humid Summer Days + Nights

Cleanse
I love Caudalie and their line of skincare. So I use them in my morning routine. I know it sounds counterintuitive to use oil as a cleanser, but trust me here. This is so gentle for your skin especially if you’re wearing waterproof makeup. The Caudalie Cleansing Oil is by far one of my favorite beauty adds for the season. It also gently removes impurities while hydrating your skin.
The formula does not contain mineral oil. So it will not clog pores or leave a greasy residue. The essential oils are also great for your skin with incredible benefits.

Scrubs
I love scrubs. I scrub daily. And I know most experts advise against it, but I truly believe that in humid climates scrubbing daily is important. Now I’m not saying use a strong exfoliant every day! There are so many varieties of scrubs so it’s important to pick 3 scrubs to alternate daily.

These three items are a must for any beach bag. St. Tropez makes one of the best self-tanners on the market so it’s no surprise they make my list each time. But my new cult favorite is their One Night Only Gloss which makes your legs look like vixens in the night.
